FINISHING

For a cover finishing SERCRYL R-28 (acrylic resin) is used which provides great coverage without loading the grain, SERCRYL PU-351 (polyurethane resin) which gives very good abrasion resistance and cold breakage resistance. For the top coat SERLAC SW-H (two-phase lacquer) is used which gives a pleasant touch and shine effect.

In this finishing SERCRYL R-28 (acrylic resin) is applied which provides great coverage without loading the grain and SERLAC LW-80-N (aqueous black lacquer without nitro) which gives good shine and coverage.

In this finishing SERCRYL PU-304 (polyurethane resin) is applied in the base coat in order to improve the anchorage and SERCRYL R-28 (acrylic resin) which provides great coverage without loading the grain. In this finishing SERCRYL AFR (compact resin) is used which brings opacity and good coverage in order to obtain a uniform leather and SERBRILL ZB-21 (casein-wax) which gives natural shine.

In this finishing, to obtain a breaking effect, the combination of SERCRYL A-410 and SERCRYL A-400 is used (both are hard resins with large particle size) and a great broken effect is produced. SERBRILL W-38/C (carnauba wax) also helps thanks to its hardness and SERBRILL BB (casein) gives a good shine effect and helps with ironing.

In this finishing, to obtain a crazy horse effect, the combination of SERGRAS 3400 (wax and pull-up oil) with SERGRAS 4800 (pull up oil) is used to give a greasy touch and an aged finish.

In this finishing, to obtain a good crazy horse effect for upholstery, SERBRILL W-PLL (compact wax for pull up) is used which gives a broken and rustic effect.

To fix a silver laminate SERCRYL A-460 (acrylic resin special for laminating) is used. In the top layer SERLAC LW-80 (aqueous lacquer without nitro) is applied which gives a good shine effect.

In this finishing SERGRAS 4900 (pull up oil) is used in order to achieve a marked pull up effect with pleasant touch.

To achieve a 3D effect we use different type of seranils in the first coats. After that, SERCYL A-460 (universal resin) is used which is self-crosslinking and which gives an elastic and flexible film, combined with SERCRYL PU-301 (polyurethane resin) which gives excellent rubbing fastness and SERBRILL BB (casein) which gives a good shine effect and helps with ironing. In the top coat SERLAC LW-37 (aqueous nitro lacquer) is applied to give gloss and very good rubbing fastness.

In this finishing SERCRYL PU-351 (polyurethane resin) is used which gives very good abrasion and cold break resistance and SERCRYL AFR (compact resin) which gives very good coverage. Finally, in the last coat SERCRYL PUM-2 (polyurethane resin) is applied which gives an opaque film with a matt appearance.

In this snow finishing SERBRILL W-58/B (white wax) is used which gives a very soft touch and snow effect, SERBRILL BBE (casein) which gives a natural shine, SERCRYL PU-304 (polyurethane resin) in order to improve the anchorage. In the top coat SERLAC LW-37 (aqueous nitro lacquer) is applied to give gloss and very good rubbing fastness.

In this finishing cationic products are used to achieve good coverage. SERGROUND K-4 (cationic ground) and SERCRYL PU-AK (cationic polyurethane) give good coverage and opacity. SERCRYL R-28 (compact resin) also gives good coverage and resistance and the lacquer SERLAC LW-37 has a very good gloss effect and rubbing fastness.

In this finishing SERBRILL W-38/40 (carnauba wax) and SERGRAS SA-3 (pull up oil) are used to achieve a pull up effect with a greasy touch. In the top coat SERLAC SW-H (two-phase lacquer) is applied which gives a shine effect and very good rubbing fastness.

In the top coat SERLAC LW-MT (matt lacquer) is used which gives a semi natural matt appearance and a very pleasant touch.
